This is a 1 year of skills training programmes that is specifically designed for the development of future leaders.  The Programme offers graduates a full rounded set of skills necessary to meaningfully contribute to the host organisation. The delegates will be registered at the relevant SETA (CHIETA) and will be certified through Services SETA.
